An Introduction to Sri Guru Granth Sahib is a book comprising about 300 pages in which brief life history of all the 36 contributors of Guru Granth Sahib is given after deep research and investigation of the facts. Possibly it is the first ever attempt in this field. Book gives lot of information about the hymns, ragas and teachings of these pious contributors. Many other topics concerning Guru Granth Sahib and its theme are also given place to acquaint the reader with holy Guru Granth Sahib. The book is acclaimed reverentially by all sorts of readers.

It is available in Punjabi and Hindi too. Till November 2002 the Trust has published its 15 Punjabi, 9 English and 1 Hindi deluxe editions. Many leading newspapers and magazines have serialised this book in their issues continously for a long period. And keeping in view the two centenaries concerning Sri Guru Granth Sahib which are taking place in year 2004 and 2008, Trust management has decided to bring out at least 51 editions of this very useful and informative book for the profit of humanity. As usual it is being distributed free of cost alongwith other forty publication of the Trust, But achieving the desired target we need financial support of our readers and esteemed donors. It is the most pleasant duty of every Sikh to support the Trust to enable it to produce more and more copies of this book for free circulation so that the world at large gets acquainted with the celestial message of Guru Granth Sahib which provides everything to everyone socially, religiously, spiritually and culturally.
